Onions, potatoes, cauliflower and cottage cheese, delicately flavoured and fried in batter.

Crisp puff pastry stuffed with vegetables.
Chicken Tandoori
Specially selected chicken marinated in a paste of ginger, garlic lemon and rose petals. Rich yoghurt, herbs, spices and saffron are added to make it succulent. Cooked in a charcoal oven.
Murg Malai Tikka
Chicken fillets marinated in cream and cheese. Pounded with mace and cardamon, skewered and cooked in tandoor.
Lamb Samosa
Crisp puff pastry stuffed with lamb mince.
Kakori Kebab
A very famous lamb mince kebab from the 'Kakori region' in Lucknow (INDIA). Lamb cubes and minced SEVEN times to make it smooth, mixed and fried onions, safron, nutmeg and smoked green cardamon. Cooked on a grill.

A hot preparation of prawns with onions, tomateoes, ginger and garlic. Tempered with red chillies.

Saag Gosht
A recommeded preparation of delicate lamb cooked in spinach, tempered with garlic and finished with aromatic dill leaves.
Murg Jhalfreji
Jhal (chilly hot) Freji (with vegetables). Boneless chicken cooked with peppers and onions, tempered with green chillies in an onion and tomatoe bases sauce.
Murg Shahajhani
MURG MALAI TIKKA simmered in a saffron bases fruity sauce. Finished with cream.
